Policies & Booking Info
Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens, I get it—but please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or make big changes to your appointment.
Late cancellations, reschedules under 24 hours, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service. A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments, but don’t worry—you won’t be charged unless the cancellation policy is triggered.
Last-minute changes make it tough (sometimes impossible) to refill your spot. When you don’t show up, I don’t get paid—and this policy helps protect my time and income, just like you’d expect to be paid for the work you do. Thanks for understanding!
Want Killer Hair? Here’s some Booking Tips
New to color? A quick consultation is required before booking a color service. Even if you’re a regular, a consult is highly encouraged if it’s been a while or you’re planning a major change.
I don’t keep a full stock of every color on hand—I custom-order based on your hair goals. Help me help you look amazing by planning ahead.
Best way to book? Hit that Book Us link at the top of the page. It secures your spot and keeps your card info on file (but nothing is charged ahead of time).
Hair Has No Gender
At Killer Hair Kristi Studio, all hair is welcome—and so are all humans. That means no gendered pricing here.
Gendered haircuts reinforce the binary—and we’re not about that life. Services are based on length and technique, Nothing More!
Choose your service based on the length you currently have, not the one you’re dreaming of.
- Hair that hits past the earlobes = long
- Short cuts, fades, and other styles are listed individually
- All services are à la carte
Feel free to reach out if you’re unsure which service to select. I got you.
